Derrick Roland, the senior basketball player for Texas A&M University has gone through the leg surgery and now every thing has been fixed. The leg surgery to fix the broken inner and outer bones of the leg between knees and ankles has been successfully completed. Derrick Roland was injured in the game at Washington on Tuesday.
Derrick Roland was injured on Tuesday in a basketball game and he fractured his leg. The fractured leg caused bone breakage from multiple places and this injury will not be allowing Derrick Roland to play at least this season for sure; next season will be based on the condition of Derrick Roland’s leg.
Roland is getting the injury treatment from the Harborview Medical Centre and Derrick Roland was operated at the same hospital and the Surgeon sent a text message to tell the family, friends and the team that everything went okay and Derrick Roland is feeling and doing well.
Well, Derrick Roland’s family is not present with him in the hospital, his team mates are looking after him. Derrick’s family is stuck in Dallas due to heavy traffic and overloaded flights for Christmas. The team management is trying hard to bring the family of Derrick Roland for his look after.
They are not only trying to get the family but they are also working on the option of transporting Derrick Roland to his Hometown Dallas through a medical flight.
The entire team and the management is fully supporting Derrick Roland and pampering him when his family is not available in the hard time of his life.
